Engineered for precision and reliability, the system intelligently tracks airborne platforms to maximize signal strength, communication stability, and data integrity throughout the mission. Supporting user-defined operating frequencies based on the selected antenna or communication link, the Antenna Tracker is compatible with a wide range of telemetry and RF communication systems. Powered by 2S2P to 6S2P Li-ion batteries and equipped with a Pixhawk 4 GPS featuring an integrated compass, it delivers highly accurate positioning and tracking performance. The robust mechanical system incorporates 60 KGCM tilt servos and a 60 KGCM pan motor, supporting directional antennas weighing up to 6 kg while achieving exceptional tracking precision with a minimum pan angle step of 0.01° and a minimum tilt angle step of 0.1°. Featuring MAVLink, USB, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity, along with Python-based tracking software and MAVLink forwarding support for leading Ground Control Stations such as QGroundControl and Mission Planner, the Antenna Tracker System provides a dependable and scalable solution for industrial, commercial, research, and defense UAV operations in both urban and remote environments. |
